Bought this one and within a week the right shoulder roller broke. Took it back to the store to replace it because I really did LOVED it. Within a week the same roller broke again. I do not know if this is a defect in the unit as a series or I am the unluckiest person in the world. I am only 5'9" and 170lb so I am not sure who it is made for, maybe 5'9" and 115lb?

When it did work it was amazing. My back and shoulders have never felt better. It feels so good working the muscles it makes you go cross eyed.

For almost $200 I would expect a little better craftmanship and for it to be made of something other then plastic.

I am sorry that you had a bad experience. I have been using mine for a long time now and I have not experienced the same problem. It is possible that you did something else to hurt your back, or that you used the massager improperly. Often stores have these on display and you can try them out. You should do this to make sure it is a fit for you.

I used this thing and initially it felt good, but later the muscles in my back were SO sore for at least 3 days. It was a terrible experience.
