Unfortunately, I am not an expert with all routers, so you will probably have to search Google and see if you can find an answer. There are several ways to do this, but the main thing is that you are going to need a static IP from your ISP. Then you can either choose to Remote Desktop into one of your home computers, or use your router to redirect a specific port to that camera.
