		<description>What program are you referring to? If you are talking about SpyEraser then it is very easy to remove. Just go to the uninstall screen in Windows, click the program, and click uninstall. I have done this several times over the years and it has always worked. Deleting a desktop shortcut will never uninstall a program. Also Uniblue software never installs without permission.</description>

I&#039;ve removed the desktop shortcut and any file material but this garbage is still occupying my tray and appearing so often as to call my AG, and cause trouble.</description>
