There is a whole section in the user guide on how to print documents that are stored in memory, if you don’t have the user guide you can download it here.

The steps are:
1. Display the FAX menu screen. (Press the FAX button, then press the Menu button)
2. Display the Memory reference screen (Use the button to select Memory reference, then press the OK button)
3. Print a specified document or the memory list.

Setting up the fax is really easy. All you need to do is plug a phone line into the back. If for some reason that does not work you should probably refer to the User Guide for more instructions.

Hi Jono,
I’ve just bought an MX850 and can’t see how I can use duplex for FAX. No options appear on the LCD for it.
I am probably missing something obvious!
Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks Jono for the little bit of extra info. I got a little confused after reading the article, but cleared it up for me, as I was also under the impression it had duplex on ADF too.

Thanks for the example scans and prints too Ryan. Helped me make a informed decision.

Hi just bought one of these. I’m Australian, but as far as I’m aware the models should be almost the same. Our new model has a duplexer on the ADF, so you can fax double sided documents without having to copy one side to another sheet. It sucks the sheet in, scans one side, then flips it, then scans the other side. It’s fanbloodytastic.
