I have been using the Artisan 810 now for 3 months. I have printed about 1 ream of regular correspondance and about 80 5 X 7 photos and a few 8 X 10's. This is the first printer I have every owned that has printed correctly the first time and every time. I am so pleased with it's performance that I purchased a second one for my wife. She has commented to me several times that it was a pleasure to use a printer that worked as expected and produced impressive prints.

This printer is crap. I'm on my 3rd replacement printer. The first one stopped working due to constant jam errors. The second one said the ink pads were at the end of their service life and the printer froze with an error message. The third printer died feeding paper. I'm testing the 4th printer, and it also leaves thin black lines on all the photos it's printed. What a waste of time! That's 4 printers in ONE YEAR.

Worst printer I have ever owned. Photos look terrible. It always pulls out 3-4 pieces of paper when trying to print. Wastes more paper than it uses. Would never buy another Epson

I have had a Epson Artisan 800 & Epson Artisan 810 and both produce a thin black line every inch across my color photos. Epson wants to send me a third printer. Does anyone know why the lines are in my photos?
